Hello friends! After a long winter break (during which my camera did not leave it's cozy bag) I decided to start off the Spring semester on a creative note with a trip to the MFA. I've been meaning to make the visit for a while, especially because of the latest David Hockney pieces that were featured in the Pastoral to Pop: 20th Century Britain on Paper exhibition. So, here are some highlights from a lovely Sunday outing. These images are mostly of the architecture but I threw in some color schemes that I extracted using the Adobe Capture app. Here are some links to the exhibitions I saw, all highly recommended!

PASTORAL TO POP: COLOR SCHEMES

For the pieces that I simply couldn't document with my camera, I used the Adobe Capture app to take a piece of them home with me. I've attached some high resolution images of three pieces from this exhibition that has been on my list for months... My two absolute favorite pieces of the day are by David Hockney.
